It produces a crema monster in the cup with heavy bodied gelatinous crema and spicy, earthy flavours.
Often enjoyed as a low acidity single origin; or added to a blend to improve the crema. It is suburb ingredient in any Italian espresso blend.
The bags may be a little "puffy" when your order arrives.
The puffiness is normal and is caused by the freshly roasted beans degassing.
