The essence of cafe coffee. In the cup it has a big fat body and while it drinks well as a single origin it is really the perfect 50% base to an Italian style espresso when given a darker roast.
The bags may be a little "puffy" when your order arrives.
The puffiness is normal and is caused by the freshly roasted beans degassing.
